These testing machines of high performance, advanced solutions and top quality components are equipped with two load chambers with two independent measuring ranges.
They are suitable to perform:
Flexural tests on cement prisms 40,1x40x160 mm (with the range 0 - 30 kN)
Compression tests on portions of prism 40,1x40x160 mm broken in flexure, cubes side 40, 50, 70, 100 mm 2”,
cores with max. height of 180 mm (with the range 0 - 300 kN). The applied load is measured by two strain gage load cells (30kN and 300kN) at high accuracy.
The load chamber 0 - 30 kN permits very accurate tests on specimens having low strength (both in compression and in flexure).

REC922 CEMENT FLEXURE APPARATUS, PRO
In the range given in the standard in accordance with the EN 196 standard, there are two bearings on the bottom and one on the full axis.
It is a bending test apparatus used with RANTEK brand Cement Flexure Testing Machines, which applies the load to the cement beam sample with the upper movable head.
The product body is made of solid heavy duty steel material, and the test heads are made of hardened special steel.

It is a pressure test apparatus in compliance with EN 196 standard, above 58 HRC hardness and of excellent surface quality and used with the RANTEK brand Cement Compression Testing Machines that applies the load to the cement cube sample.
The product body is made of solid heavy duty steel material and the test heads are made of hardened special steel.
It has a spherical articulated top plate with spring.
The load is manufactured to be transmitted to the cement prism without any friction.
