RANTEK Cone Crushers are durable, ruggedly constructed machines to meet many demanding pilot plant or laboratory applications. Adjustment for varying the product size is quick and easy. 

RAM320 feature fabricated steel inner cylinders, lower main frame and coincidental axes are held in a fixed relationship. 

The upper main frame includes a threaded cap that houses the precision hardened steel concave and provides an accurate means of adjusting the crusher setting. 

A pan shaped precision hardened steel mantle is bolted onto the metal machined head. 

These parts are made of special material and have a hardness of 55-60 HRC.

A forged steel eccentric shaft rotates on heavy duty anti-friction bearings. 

Spun metal feed chute assembly provides a means or handling large feed samples automatically.

Features
Cone crushers are used to quickly turn mass materials into small particles.
Applications : bauxite, ore, stone, glass, quarts, slag, cement clinker and similar hard or medium hard inorganic materials by crushing. 
Its working principles are formed by breaking down between two concave shaped concave parts.
The material is added into the machine from the funnel-shaped hopper at the top.
It is possible to adjust the size of the ore to be crushed by moving the stator up and down.
