RANTEK Double Roll Crushers are used as a second stage crusher and grinder in all hard and medium hard ores.
It is a very useful product for intensive studies and pilot plant studies.

Application Examples
Alloys, basalt, cement clinker, ceramics, ceramic powder, coal, coke, building materials, feldspar, glass and miscellaneous materials.

Roller Dimensions are 250*150 mm.

The size of the broken pieces is no more than 12 mm.
The size of the crushed material is 3-0.2 mm depending on the gap between the rollers.

Crusher body is made of steel construction.
The rollers should be conical tightened.
It is possible to adjust the roller gaps by means of a lever.

The cover that covers the rollers to which the material inlet hopper is attached, does not leak dust.
The carrier body is completely closed and there is a collection container inside.

The rotation of the rollers is provided by a reducer of suitable power.
The tensions in the rollers are absorbed by a spring system.

Capacity is 0.3-0.5 m3 for material with 2 mm thickness.
