Analytical R-Tap is used in sieve shaking, research and development, quality control of raw materials, analysis of temporary and finished products.

The tapping action may be required for sieve analysis of activated carbon, abrasives, metal powders and mineral products as specified in the standards.

R-Tap sieve shaker applies two-dimensional mechanical motion to sieves. In addition, the horizontal circular motion makes 280 vibrations and the vertical percussion motion makes 150 beats per minute. The movement of the sieves is like hand sieving.
